As keen vapers ourselves, we weren’t satisfied with the mass-produced e-liquids for what we were paying. So, we began crafting our own UK-made premium e-juices with the mantra:

If you need to change the shipping address saved on your account, just log into your account and head to your profile. Once there, click on ‘account details’ then ‘manage address’ where you can update the shipping info.

If you need to change the shipping info after you’ve placed an order, use the contact form to get in touch and hopefully we’ll be able to amend it before it’s sent out.

After your order is handed over to your chosen courier, you’ll receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the progress of your delivery.
We ship to many countries around the world. The best way to see whether we deliver to your country is to head to the checkout and check to see if the option is available. If you can’t see your country listed, try contacting us and we may be able to arrange a delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If any of the items you’ve received are incorrect and/or missing, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.

General Terms

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Please contact us if you would like to return your item(s).

Item(s) must be returned to us “unused” in their original, unopened condition and packaging within 14 days and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The items are your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and proof of delivery.

Vape Kits, Mods & Tanks Returns Policy

Vapoholic will accept returns for faulty non-disposable products within 28 days of your purchase. This applies once per purchase. If the replaced product then also becomes faulty, Vapoholic will then see this as a sign of misuse and no further replacements will be issued. Products which are deemed to be faulty due to misuse, incorrect maintenance or attempted modifications will not be replaced.

If your product is faulty on arrival, or becomes faulty within 28 days, you must return the item to our address below. Once the faulty product is received, we will test the item and confirm if it’s faulty or in working condition. We strongly recommend sending your faulty item by Tracked Delivery since if the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to send a replacement. If the item is faulty, we will refund the delivery costs. If the item is working, the customer will be liable for the return postage fees.

Replacement products will only be shipped to the original address. We cannot ship your replacement item to a new address. After 28 days have passed since your purchase, you will need to refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for replacements.

Vape Coil Returns Policy

Vapoholic has a “DOA” (Dead On Arrival) policy for disposable coils. If your new coils do not work or cause any issues within 48 hours of purchasing, we will replace the coils for free. No more than one (1) coil must be used from the pack, and the remaining coils in the pack must be returned. Upon receipt of the faulty coils we will test them to confirm.

If the coils are faulty, a replacement pack will be sent out. If more than one coil has been opened, or if more than 48 hours have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to send replacements. If the coils are not faulty, we will return them upon request at the expense of the customer.

Disposable Vapes Returns Policy

Disposable E-cigarettes are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by a warranty and are intended for instant use. If you believe your Disposable Vape is faulty, please return the disposable(s) to us within 7 working days from the day of dispatch. We will inspect these devices for any prior use to detect any faults. Any faulty disposables reported after this time-frame cannot be returned and no refund/exchange will be given.

Refund and Replacement Limitations

The following circumstances will void the guarantee;

  1. Guarantee period is expired
  2. Damage caused by misuse or excessive force
  3. Damage caused by unauthorised disassembly or modification
  4. Damage caused by unforeseen circumstance or accident

E Liquid Returns Policy

E Liquids are a consumable and perishable product, as such they cannot be returned once they have been opened (the seal has been broken).

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a full refund:

  1. The E Liquid has not been opened and the seal has not been broken
  2. You make your return request before 14 days after the order has been placed.


  1. Your order has not yet been dispatched and hasn’t left our warehouse. Our dispatch time is 3pm therefore you must make your cancellation request before 2pm Monday-Friday. If you have made your order between Friday 4pm and Monday 2pm, the cancellation before dispatch request will be honoured. Please note we do not dispatch on Bank Holidays so your cancellation before dispatch request must be made before 2pm on the next working day.

Faulty E Liquid Returns Policy

If you find fault with your E Liquid, you must return it to us within 14 days of the purchase order. We will investigate the E Liquid internally to find any fault. If no fault is found we can return the E Liquid to you at your cost or dispose of the E Liquid without refund. If fault is found with the E Liquid, we can offer you a full refund, or send you replacements of equal value.

Damaged on Arrival E Liquid Returns Policy

If your E Liquid has been damaged in transit such as the bottle has leaked, or if eliquid is empty due to any of our courier services, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase order date.

E Liquid Returns on Preference Policy

Please note that E Liquid flavours are unique and each person will have different preferences. We cannot offer any refunds on the grounds of disliking the flavour. If you are unsure of your own personal preferences we offer 10ml zero nicotine samples for only £0.99 per bottle. You can find the sample options on the product page of each flavour.

If you wish to return your unopened and unused E Liquids, you must return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you do not return the items within 14 days, we will be unable to process your refund.

Vaping is using an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette or e-cig) as an alternative to smoking tobacco. As opposed to cigarettes, nothing in burnt when using an e-cig. Instead a liquid, known as e-liquid, vape juice, vape liquid or e-juice, is heated to produce a vapour which is inhaled.

As nothing is burnt when vaping and e-liquids contain very few ingredients, you are not exposed to the toxins and cancer-causing chemicals found in tobacco smoke.

Public Health England and the Royal College of Physicians say there’s at least 95% less risk from electronic cigarettes. The NHS also condones vaping as an effective aid to quitting smoking.

No. According to the NHS,

“Smoking e-cigarettes, also known as vaping, doesn’t produce tobacco smoke so the risks of passive smoking with conventional cigarettes don’t apply to e-cigs.”

No. According to Cancer Research UK,

“There’s no good evidence that e-cigarettes could cause the lung condition called popcorn lung. There’s been no cases of popcorn lung reported in people who use e-cigarettes.”

The legal age for vaping in the UK is 18. We also only sell our vape products to over-18s.

That depends on how much you smoke (and vape)! But one 60ml shortfill e-liquid will cost around £6.99 and last a typical vaper about 3 days. 20 cigarettes per day over the same period will cost around £30!


An e-liquid (AKA e-juice, vape juice, or vape liquid) is the liquid that e-cigarettes heat to produce vapour. They come in a wide variety of flavours in either 10ml or shortfill bottles. Depending on the type of e-cig, the e-liquid may also come in a cartridge or pod.

Our e-liquids contain only propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), EP/UPS pharmaceutical grade nicotine and flavourings.

Our range of CBD Calm e-liquids also contain certified 99.9%+ pure premium grade cannabidiol (CBD) isolate in strengths of 1000/2000mg.

The VG (vegetable glycerin) content dictates how much vapour is produced while the PG (propylene glycol) carries the flavour.

Therefore, the standard ratio is 50%VG:50%PG. However, many vapers like more clouds so 70%VG:30%PG is a good choice for them.

All our shortfill e-liquids are 70%VG:30%PG.

The EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) limits the sale of nicotine containing e-liquids to 10ml. However, you will find buying 10mls isn’t very cost-effective or environmentally-friendly over the long run.

Shortfill e-liquids, on the other hand, are supplied nicotine-free so can be sold in much larger bottles (usually 60ml-120ml). There is a small space left in the top of shortfill bottles for you to add your own nicotine shots which are included in your order.

Because shortfill e-liquids are supplied nicotine-free in bottles larger than 10ml, nicotine shots (AKA nic shots) are supplied with your order for you to add yourself.

It’s easy to use shortfill e-liquids. All you need to do is:

  • Open the shortfill bottle
  • Remove the nozzle
  • Pour in the supplied nicotine shots
  • Pop the nozzle back into place
  • Close the lid and shake vigorously for 60 seconds

Though you can vape immediately, if choose 6mg/ml or above strength nicotine, it’s a good idea to leave the e-liquid to steep for 24-48 hours for a smoother taste.

No. Shortfills are supplied at the correct concentration to match the amount of nicotine to be added.

This is largely down to personal preference but as a rough guide, use the following nicotine calculator:

  • 0mg – No nicotine at all
  • 3mg – The most popular choice for vapers
  • 6mg – Full flavour e liquid with a higher nicotine percentage
  • 12mg – The mid-range for ex casual smokers
  • 18mg – Very high for those who were a heavy smoker

Salt has less of a throat hit than standard nicotine. This makes it particularly useful for vaping higher strengths of nicotine and therefore a good choice for those using vaping to quit smoking.

Salt also releases nicotine into the bloodstream a lot quicker than standard nicotine which has a more even release. Again, ex-smokers may prefer this quicker absorption rate.

That said, some ex-smokers still prefer standard nicotine because the throat hit is more similar to the sensation of smoking cigarettes.

Which one you prefer is down to personal preference.

The three basic parts of an e-cig are the battery, a cartridge, pod or tank to hold the e-liquid and an atomiser to vapourise the e-liquid.

The atomiser consists of a coil, a wick and a connection to the battery. Vapour production and taste are directly related to the atomiser so, if your e-cig allows, it will need to be replaced or at least the coil and wick replaced regularly.

Some models of e-cig use e-liquid supplied in a cartridge, others take a pod and some have a tank for you to fill with e-liquids manually.

A tank can be a piece of kit in its own right if you are using a mod and can be interchanged between e-cig mods using the industry standard 510 connection

There many kinds of e-cig available, but they generally fall into 3 categories: cigalikes, pens and mods. Cigalikes are the simplest, pens a step up and mods are the most sophisticated.

Mouth-to-lung (MTL) means you are using an e-cig that has a tighter draw and you hold the vapour in your mouth momentarily before inhaling. This is more akin to the action of smoking so is useful for those people making the switch from cigarettes to e-cigs. MTL devices are usually lower wattage and can take higher strengths of nicotine.

Direct-to-lung (DTL) set ups let you inhale straight from the atomiser into your lungs with the help of increased airflow. This means a greater cloud production and more flavoursome vape. However, the more intense hit means that the nicotine strength also has to come down to 6mg or less or it would be unpleasant. Vapers using DTL devices will usually choose high VG e-liquids which also helps to produce bigger clouds.

Sub ohm vaping means using a device with atomiser coils with a resistance of less than 1 ohm. Coils with less than 1 ohm resistance can take more wattage so they get hotter and produce more clouds.

Yes, but keep the strength to 6mg or under or the nicotine hit would be too great. Just remember, as the ohms come down so does the nicotine strength.

A mechanical mod, or mech mod, is an e-cig in its most basic form. It consists of just a tube for the battery, an atomizer and a button to connect the two. Mech mods can be dangerous so they aren’t really for new vapers.

Some models of e-cig have an integrated rechargeable battery which can’t be removed. If you have an e-cig with a removeable battery though, we recommend using Sony VCT6 batteries. Please see the manual that came with your e-cig to find out which one is suitable.
